What he teaches
Assaraf's scene in The Secret is the one people retell: he unpacks an old vision board and finds he is living in the house he had pinned to it years earlier. Since then he has moved his language from attraction to neuroscience. His company, NeuroGym, sells programs that combine guided audio, affirmations and visualisation, presented as exercise for the brain.
What he sells
The books are the low-cost way in. Innercise (2018) lays out the method and The Answer, written with Murray Smith, applies it to building a business. The paid programs are multi-week courses, usually sold through a free online event that ends in an offer.
Where it stops
The brain science vocabulary is persuasive, and the daily audio habit does help people who will keep it up. The method is still, at heart, repetition of a desired picture. If something in you is pushing against that picture, more repetition often makes the push stronger.
The verdict
A good fit if you like routine and want a daily audio practice aimed at income. Start with Innercise. Go in expecting a sales event if you sign up for the free training.
