What he teaches
Hormozi built and sold a company that licensed a business system to gyms, and his material reads like an operator's manual. Offers, lead generation, pricing and retention are broken into frameworks with worked numbers.
He is openly unromantic about mindset. His view is that confidence follows evidence, and evidence comes from doing the work many times.
What he sells
Very little to beginners, which is unusual in this field. The books are priced low and the companion courses on his site are free. His money comes from stakes in larger companies and from workshops for business owners who already have revenue.
Where it stops
It assumes you have a business, or the nerve to start one, and that your obstacle is knowledge. If you know what to do and still do not do it, he will tell you to do it anyway.
